Refund policy

At Hawkes and Co. our desire is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from our website, if not, we would be happy to accept your return for a full refund within 7 days of the received date, with the exception of items that have been engraved or custom made. If you are purchasing a gift, request a gift receipt at time of purchase to extend this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn/unmodified and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase and have been purchased from our website.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you are returning a piece still within the 1 year warranty due to product defects, please reach out to us directly as these are handled on a case by case basis.
